I have had similar experience with Voxcom (Reliance Protectron since 2008) and would not recommend them to anyone. They have a 3 year contract which they roll over automatically without notifying you that this will happen. Their customer service is very poor and their attitude can be summed up in their comment to me “well, you signed the contract”. Buyer beware I guess. Getting a Voxcom alarm has proved to be a very expensive mistake….
