While sympathizing with your situation, there’re a couple of points for your reference:
1. There’s no free lunch. The free equipment comes with the contract.
2. When false alarms occur and if you’re on vacation or not home, then you’ll not be able to see the Police. You’ll have to contact the Police to verify the false alarm incidents. It’s the Police who bills you but not the Alarm Force.
3. You don’t have UPS proof of delivery.
You should talk to Alarm Force to cancel the contract in the hope of closing the deal with a discount instead of hoping Alarm Force to cover all the cost for you since the contract is a legal document and you don’t have UPS proof of delivery.
